The Grooming Process
Beginning with a careful comb through, I will assess your dog’s coat and skin condition prior to washing. I will then give a minimum of two shampoos and apply some conditioner if necessary, followed by a gentle towel dry and finishing with a hand held dryer. After another comb through, the grooming will continue with a haircut and a nail trim.
Please be aware that extra charges will apply for particularly matted dogs. Permission will be sought from the client before de-matting begins (see my policy in the ‘Info’ section). Extra charges may also apply for elderly dogs or difficult behaviour where extra time will be required to complete the groom.
Full Groom
This is usually a 2 hour service which includes a wash and blow dry, full body trim and scissoring, face shaping and scissoring, sanitary area tidied and a nail trim.

Medium-Large from $100 (Springer Spaniel, Cocker Spaniel, Standard Schnauzer, Airedale, Labrador)
Large (with thick coat) from $120 (Standard Poodle, Rough Coat Collie, Border Collie, Golden Retriever )
Mini Groom
This is usually a 1.5 hour service and is perfect for keeping your dog looking and feeling their best in between grooms! Choose this service if your dog does not require a full body haircut but you want your dog washed and dried and the hygiene area, face and nails trimmed.

Puppy grooming
I would recommend that a puppy’s first visit to the grooming salon happens under the age six months old. It is important they become accustomed to all round handling and the noises that take place during the grooming process.
I can groom your puppy from the age of 16 weeks of age and when fully vaccinated. A mini groom is a perfect first experience for a young dog.
My passion is to make all my furry visitors feel as relaxed as possible when they visit me and rest assured that your puppy will receive all the extra special love to make them feel at ease.
My pricing for a puppy groom is the same as an adult dog due to the extra time that is taken with handling and acclimatising.
